- Email address — provided during checkout for license delivery
- Payment information — processed by Paddle; we do not store card details
- Order information — Paddle IDs, amount, and currency for record-keeping
2. How We Use Your Information
- To deliver and manage your license key
- To verify license validity when used in the CLI
- To communicate important product updates (optional)
- To process refund requests
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Neon with encryption at rest and in transit. License keys are stored with SHA-256 hashes for additional security. We follow industry standard practices to protect your data.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Paddle — for payment processing ( Paddle Privacy Policy)
- Vercel — for hosting
- Neon — for database hosting
5. CLI Data Collection
The expo-ci-doctor CLI tool does not collect, transmit, or store any of your project data. The only network request made is license verification, which sends only your license key to our server.
6. Data Retention
We retain your email and order data for as long as your license is active. You may request deletion of your data by contacting support.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Opt out of marketing communications
